📚 My Research
I’m currently pursuing my PhD at HKUST(GZ), focusing on PETase design and developing a physics-based methodology for enzyme design. I blog about my research experiences and share various computer-related tips.
My primary research tools are molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, with a focus on GROMACS and Rosetta recently.
